Xia lah's 20th birthday!
we were at this miss clarity cafe to celebrate xia lah's birthday. booked the place in advance. actually i thought the place was quite nice when i saw it from the internet. but when we reached there i was quite disappointed cos the ambience of the place was not that good. the lightings were dark and could barely understand what the waiter were saying. but overall the food was still not too bad i must say!
benjamin came along too.

A day full of fun and laughter!
meet up with alicia and yuzhen on saturday. actually wanted to go somewhere to have steamboat but we also wanted to watch movie. i thought i could see BOB in the movie finally but ended up to my disappointment they prefer to watch something which is not so cartoon instead. so here goes my BOB! ended up we caught "Ghosts of past girlfriends". the movie was quite lame but still watch-able la. had pastamania for dinner.
got my belated birthday present from alicia which i find it quite useful. hopefully the colour will be suitable cos i haven really open the packaging yet. shall think of a surprise for yuzhen's coming birthday in July. hopefully it will be fun!
my toe nails is going to come out any moment. it is now shaky and old and frail. it may even break when i am sleeping at night. i think it will be quite painful if it comes off. eeeeeeee.
this week is payday. but it will be around later of the week. lots of stuff to do when i get my first full pay. still owe daddy his father's day dinner. wants to buy something for mummy. give dad, mom and grandma their tiny allowance. buy yuzhen's birthday present, watch movies, buy some new clothes, eat some good food and get myself a new bag. i think i should stop before i go on and on and on.
tomorrow is wednesday. half of the week is almost gone! saturday will be company's bowling event. hopefully i don't go down the drain so many times. so embarassing la. haha.

Been eating lots of good food recently. tsk tsk tsk. cos i always eat not so nice lunch at work so this is to compensate and make me happier. haha. and i realised i cannot eat very small portion of food. i will get hungry easily and will have no strength and motivation to work. so no more koka cup noodles for lunch for me already! so was at ministry of food last last friday with the girls for dinner after work. the food was awesome especially the dessert! green tea ice cream just totally makes my day! :)

this week was a tiring week for me. i seemed to be working ot for 3 straight days. tuesday i was doing the micro testing for soy milk and couldn't finish within 5.30pm so had to stay back to finish. wednesday was my arranged ot day. thursday was doing the micro-testing for tau kwa and also couldn't finish in time and had to stay back to finish. so yesterday when i came back i was drop dead, wanted to rest a while on the cushion but ended up sleeping when i haven even wash my face and brush my teeth. so dragged my feet to the toilet and prepare then i slept so immediately when i hit the bed.
the deadline is coming. how scary will it be?

today from 8am till 6.45pm, i sat down for half an hour for lunch, drank a few sips of water, went to the toilet once and continued back to the micro-room to do my testing. today was the first time that i am let independent to do the micro testing myself with 281 pour plates to complete. i nearly died. haha. no la. as in very tiring. by right should complete by 5.30pm but i was quite slow for the first time. so shall aim for a faster time the next time round. no TNTC please!
my colleague today asked me: "what is your goal in life"? i told her i want to open a bakery which sells delicious cakes and bread which i will personally make. and i will feel happy when customers buy my cakes and bread and end up eating happily. it gives me a sense of satisfaction. it is a small dream of mine.
but first got to save enough money. maybe fifteen or twenty years down the road but it is never too late.
but it is good to have dreams that might come true in the future. who knows. :)

was at sentosa the other day with siew li and siying. went there for picnic! i love picnic whereby there will be lots of food. it need not be with many many people. people can slowly eat and slowly chit chat under the sun. so lovely isn't it? haha. so for the first time they made something for picnic especially siying even though her potato not very cooked though but still edible la.

later going to buy xia lah's birthday present, buy yuting's birthday present if i see something nice. and buy tickets for movie with mummy later in the afternoon. oh ya still need to book the place for xia lah's birthday and also think of a surprise for her. tsk tsk so many things to do today! got to prepare to go out now. till then!

took her to this Tong Le restaurant for lunch! and it was a lunch buffet so it was quite a feast la but it was quite expensive but once in a while make her happy i also happy. haha. and mummy every dish also say nice when it is alright. this proves that when you are in a good mood, everything will taste nice also! so jiejie and me split half the bill.
no matter how old you are, i still love you mummy! :D
