as jiejie was starving that day and we didn't know what to eat. so we had hi-tea buffet at Lao Beijing Restaurant @ Tiong Bahru Plaza. The buffet don't really look like a buffet to me cos the variety was like so little only. And the dim sum there was super little types. Anyway not sastified for me. But at least the xiao long bao was still nice!
