after many trials of cooking and planning of for our group's fsm lab, finally it is time for us to sell our meal to students at TP! the set meal looks nicer than our normal trials that we do cos we got some tips that the school chef gave us also. to make the presentation a little nicer than normal. then i was in charge of teaching my entree group of people how to make the sweet and sour fish and also the sauce. then after that five people have to go to the school's bistro cafe to sell the set meals that the whole class cooked. one as the cashier, two people heating and displaying the food in the kitchen and two more preparing the appetizer outside. then i was the one in the kitchen frying my fish cos it was half-cooked at the lab. so fun to work in the kitchen! one of the auntie was very friendly and nice! and we managed to sell finish 22 sets of meal in around one hour! so happy!

then today went out with jiejie cos i wanted to buy a pair of heels to go match with my dress for chinese new year but couldn't find those open toes one with the heels not so high. so sad. i went almost all shoe shop already all the heels so high! argh. if cannot find then i will just wear back my old pair of white high heels shoes at home then. anyway it's the same la. then wanted to buy bangles also. then those bangles so expensive. then jiejie suggested that i go to little india to buy cos they sell one big bunch then very cheap. but then quite of lazy to travel from suntec to there also. and i eat my ma la fishball today also. heh. then went to bugis to search for bangles and shoes but also never found those that i like. so eat dinner then went back. and it is so hard to eat dinner there. every place is so packed with people. but at least i got myself a new watch back. hehe. somemore it's white colour one leh.

to compensate my time spent outside, i shall wake up earlier to do homework tml. cos there is tons of things to be done for pdm practical journal!
