her icing sugar in a ball shape.

mix sugar and butter together.

then add cinnamon, salt and flour.

mix and knead all ingredients into a ball. then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

while refrigerating the dough, double boil and melt the chocolate first.

I made this for the birthday boy cos i cannot just supervise her bake i will be so damn bored. my lovely creation! whole almond with almond flakes and melted chocolate to be frozen.the 满足 look on her face with her cookies.

the girl who only know how to cook spaghetti, jelly, soup, fried egg and maggi mee is now baking cookies for the second time ALL BY HERSELF! For the "lucky" guy, Mr JQ. haha. let's hope he did not get any medical side effect after eating her cookies. :)

this time round i gave her higher grades than the first attempt cos:

• She didn't mistake icing sugar for plain flour ( which is such a relief if not i think people will get diabetes upon eating the overly sweet cookie if she happen to do so again.)
• Her smiley faces drawn on the cookie was nicer at least the faces look more friendlier than the first time with half evil smile.


• Her cookies shape turned out better.


• Her cookies came out to be more creative due to some tips from miss Siew Li.


• Her cookies are not so thin like bamboo unlike the first attempt.

so overall i will give you a 90 marks la. improve 20 marks. but you still need 10 marks to improve cos you always dun know where you put the ingredient when you just left it one minute ago on the kitchen table. so equals to forgetfulness and blurrness.
