today is the due date for three projects. what a relief. projects all finished. next coming up is going to be the FPQA last report and then main exams le. so fast.
today planned to go watch ALONE with TG except yanni. then this khoo yi san was thinking for a very long time whether she want to go with us. cos she 70% scared and 30% think it is like quite late le. cos at first we watching the 5.30pm slot one. In the end we went to watch the timeslot at 3.15pm at orchard de. then after FPQA lessons which ended at around 2 plus we chiong down to orchard and managed to reach there in time. wa lao. rushed until like siao lo. this is the first time i watch movie chiong until like that sia. in the end the coupon also cannot be used so we paid the usual price.
anyway the movie is great just like last time that shutter! the music effects is so scary. end up me and khoo yi keep on covering and see the movie. she used my I weekly to cover. i of course use my file and cover. haha. in the end i only catch a glimpse of the ghost face at the last part only. quite scary leh. but anyway i still managed to understand the story. all thanks to narrator manting. haha.
now khoo yi san say she dun dare to watch ghost movie with us anymore le. cos she was terrified plus petrified even though most of the time she was covering with my magazine. hoho.

This week was tiring for me. i dun noe why. i think maybe all the rest of the projects are to be due on next monday. got to rush them out and still not done. gosh. had mcdonald for breakfast after FPQA quiz on thursday. yum. my favourite big breakfast meal. haha. today after school me, xia lah, amanda, khoo yi and yanni went to many places. went to tampines mall first to check out the stuffs for the OTC project one of the medications stuff then we took train to changi airport for lunch. we were super crazy laughing on the train back to tampines. HAHA. all because khoo yi san. hoho.
then there was this group of christian people asking us to fill in something like a form which aspects of life that we wanted to be blessed. they talked to us for a while then after that we went for lunch at the staff canteen there. the food there is great! especially the Japanese food there. the ebi tempura is so niceeeeeeee.
and amanda san being unsured of whether she wanted buy the jacket that she saw yesterday said she wanted to go back to metro and see. then we went back to tampines by train again. guess what the nice jacket is gone. so in the end she never bought anything.
then waited for chean yee at tampines mrt station. yanni, xia lah and me went to this fashion at paya lebar cos they all wanted to buy pants. in the end i also bought a short pants and a lovely long star necklace. :) i bought subway cookies too. it was yummy!
came back home and ate the rice that mummy tabao for me and ate the cookies as well. feeling still so full now. i think tonight i am not sleeping early le. wan to try to finish the project stuffs asap.

Mei Zhen Xiang pork floss factory (6/7/07)
went there for APFS fieldtrip. it was quite interesting. they show us how they manufacture the pork floss and packaged the product. i think the food industries the hygiene standards is really strict when we went inside the factory, we got to change into their clothes and wear mouth cover, hair net and their special i think non slip boots ah. i think this is what i am going to be like if i have my internship in a factory next time but i think it is quite fun. i want to be like the guide there. she is so smart she knows everything quite in details. and the pork floss bun from bread talk the pork floss is from there too. no wonder so yummy. =D

Jiejie University Graduation Night; 4/7/07
she only have two tickets to get in the ceremony place. so mummy and daddy went first then a while later jiejie's friend came to drive us to the place. we stand outside the hall and waited for them.

the buffet food there. it was quite nice la. and there was this broccoli and cheese tart quite unique. now i sound like the one who is more tan chi le. haha. dun noe how come they serve western food together with chee kueh. weird combination. there is also brownies too. yum. :)

the otc test for this week was not so good as i tot. i think maybe this quiz the marks will not be that good. but it's okay. this week like passed so fast! i think because everyday also got tests and lots of stuff to do so the time passes very fast. finally tml going out to relax. watching movie tml! my favourite past time. hoho.
eh i think i better go type out my recipe for the sushi first cos i am getting a little sleepy le. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Saturday; 30/6/07 Vivo with mum and sister
went to vivo with eileen first cos mummy wanted to come and meet us later. we walk walk around harbourfront shopping centre and then eileen went to G2000 and bought her tank top that she always wanted and changed imediately. we bought foods like sushi and han's chicken pie and hotdog puff. it was so nice!

then we went vivocity and i went to the daiso to buy my sushi stuff.
we went to the pet safari there and saw a rather depressed dog. ='(
see! the dog so sad. and somemore it is crying. i am not kidding. his face still got tears one. awwww. i wonder why he is crying.
mummy finally came to join us but then she got LOST in vivocity. and we had a super hard time finding her. and this is not her first time coming to vivo still can get lost. was super pissed off that day. shall not mention it here.
and we went to watch our TRANSFORMERS movie. that movie is super good can. go watch. i give 5 stars full. the effects is simply too good. :) but it was tiring to see that movie la. cos we were sitting at the first third rows cos the rest were fully booked. but i still enjoyed the movie a lot. :)
went to redeem the secret recipe cake and we went home!
SECRET RECIPE CAKES! it is so nice!! but a bit expensive la but it is worth the money. let go eat one day TG.
the catering practical trial session was not that good we still dun noe how to do the sushi yet and it was quite disastrous la. and cos there was some misunderstanding. but never mind shall have another trial session at somebody's house. hope by then our skills would be better ba. :)
i am going to watch my tv show liao. got to catch it tonight cos i missed it yesterday.

made brownies for my TG and nana's gang on monday. and they say they liked this brownie out of all the cakes i made. :) when there is time shall try to go and do another different type of cake for them to try ba. maybe i should do cakes once per two weeks. hoho.
oh ya something happened yesterday. yesterday was the project dateline for the 8 day cycle menu and i only remembered that one was due but then i forget that the catering floor plan project was also due. then i never bring the floorplan paper. and guess what? i already reached school liao. and i barely walk in for around 15mins then i took the long journey back home just to get that sheet of paper cos without that cannot pass up the project and the time due is on 12pm sharp. i took the train back home and back to school and i spent 3 hours of stupid travelling time and i reached school sharp at 12 noon. so sian lo travel here and there. hope this will not happen again. so waste of time even though i got free train pass. hoho. and this is the first time i skipped so many lectures!
i am looking forward to tml catering tech trial cooking session. fruit sushi how does it sound? haha. sushi here i comeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D
got to go research for FPQA again le. i still want to catch my 9pm tv show de. BYE! :)
