freshly baked out of the oven!

i am quite sad about my cheesecake today. cos the appearance was very nice when it was in the baking tin. then i refrigerate the baking tin overnight. then when i wake up i try to remove the cake from the tin then it was stuck to the bottom of the tin. then the shape come out not very nice liao. SUPER SAD CAN! ='((( maybe i should try eileen's method. remove the cake from the tin first then refrigerate!! =(
